Refund policy
At Petunia, we’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of purchase. However, we don’t provide refunds.
To initiate an exchange or store credit, you can:
- Visit us in-store
- Email us at petuniaboston@outlook.com
- Send us a direct message on Instagram @petuniaboston to arrange shipping the item back to us
Please ensure that the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Note that sale items are final sale unless otherwise specified.
For holiday purchases, exchanges or store credit can be made until the end of January.
